ユースケース、社会実装の遅れですね。使われないシステムは意味がありません。
またガバナンス時代においても、大口委任者さんがご自身の投票権を一極集中させる行為について、それが何をもたらすかがわかっていないことは大きな問題だと思っています。ホルダーさん達の意識改革も必要だと思っています。

全体予算案の策定における全体予算の回答ですね。これは「これまでのCardanoがどれだけの予算をどこにどう使っていたか？」を把握していないと、なかなか判断が難しい決断でした。いろいろな方からお話をお聞きして、ある程度理解しないと投票が難しいと思います。また、ジャンルによっても「その予算が適正かどうか」の指標がなく苦労しています。

私が注目しているのは、先進国よりもアフリカなどの若い力を生かしたプロジェクトです。こうしたプロジェクトに全振りしたいと思っています。ただし、未熟な点もあるのでそれは是々非々で取り組みたいと思っています。

先ずは、おかしな動き、不正、利益相反などがないようにしっかりチェックすることです。流動民主主義を機能させるには「長い物には巻かれる」ような政治ではいけません。ガバナンスとは全員参加型の政治なのですから、しっかり主張することはする、指摘されたことには答えることを求めていきたいと思っています。

ガバナンス時代にADAホルダーになるということは、このエコシステムの運営の一端を皆さんもも担っていけるということです。投資、投機的な事だけではなくしっかりシステムにたいして向き合っていくと、おもしろい「カルダノ国の国民」になれるのではないでしょうか？

The delay in developing use cases and real-world implementation. A system that isn’t used has no meaning. In this governance era, I also see a lack of awareness among large ADA delegators about the risks of concentrating voting power, which calls for a shift in mindset among such holders.

Deciding on the overall budget allocation was especially difficult. It’s hard to judge without understanding how Cardano has historically allocated its budget and in what areas. I had to listen to many perspectives and build an understanding before I could vote. Also, since there are no clear benchmarks by genre, it’s challenging to determine whether a specific allocation is appropriate.

I’m particularly interested in projects that leverage the youthful potential of regions like Africa rather than focusing solely on developed countries. However, I also recognize areas of immaturity, so I assess them on a case-by-case basis.

First, I want to ensure that there are no irregularities, misconduct, or conflicts of interest. To make liquid democracy work, we cannot fall into politics that simply follow the strongest voices. Governance should be participatory, so I believe it’s essential to clearly express opinions and respond when questioned.

Becoming an ADA holder in this era of governance means you’re taking part in the operation of the ecosystem. It’s not just about investment or speculation—by actively engaging with the system, I think you’ll find yourself becoming a proud “citizen” of the Cardano nation.
